From the North End Beaches area along Atlantic Avenue, head west toward Shore Drive. Turn south on Northampton Boulevard, then west on Pleasure House Road. Total Health Center is at 1801 Pleasure House Road, Suite 105, inside Thoroughgood Plaza at the intersection with Northampton Boulevard. The drive takes approximately 12 minutes from 89th Street.

Parking is available directly in front of the building in the plaza lot. Suite 105 is easily accessible once inside. From the southern end of North End near 40th Street, take Atlantic Avenue south to Shore Drive, then follow Northampton Boulevard to Pleasure House Road.
